The pilots then diverted to Edinburgh , but poor weather forced them to break off the approach there as well at 19:09 UTC . Running low on fuel, the crew declared a " squawk 7700 "  emergency code and diverted to Manchester . The aircraft landed safely on runway 23R at 19:52 UTC .
